CLASSES & DESCRIPTIONS PARENT/GUARDIAN INFORMATION
REPORT CARDS All students will receive a Report Card upon their arrival at Jamestown Civic Center. This can be used as a learning tool for the day. Marketplace for Kids uses the Report Card as an evaluation tool. The information gathered on the Report Card is reviewed and taken into consideration for planning the next year's Education Day.
MARKETPLACE FOR KIDS WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH COPIES FOR YOUR STUDENTS WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE JAMESTOWN CIVIC CENTER.
LUNCH
All students will be given a scheduled lunch break. PLEASE FOLLOW YOUR SCHEDULE! Students may bring a sack lunch, or purchase lunch from the Jamestown Civic Center at a cost of $4.00 per person. Lunch from the Jamestown Civic Center will be: Hot dog, fruit, chips, cookie and a small water.
Pre-registration for lunch is required!
Checks should be made payable to the Jamestown Civic Center. Sack lunches can be stored in the kitchen of the Jamestown Civic
Center.
PLEASE HAVE YOUR LUNCH DURING YOUR SCHEDULED TIME!
GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS & ADULTS Our Leadership Team recommends one adult chaperone per EIGHT students (minimum). Guidelines have been established for the day. REGISTRATION INFORMATION
