Lunch: Students may bring a sack lunch, or purchase lunch from Minot State University for $6.50. The Minot State University buffet lunch will be served in the Beaver Creek Café and includes your choice of an entrée and grill option, vegetables, potatoes, pasta, soup and salad bar, dessert bar, and beverage station. A vegetarian option is also available. Pre-registration for lunch is required. Checks should be made payable to Sodexo and paid for in the lunch line. Sack lunches/coolers can be stored in the Dome and eaten in assigned areas.
