Midwestern Office of the Council of State Governments supports several groups
of state officials, including the Midwestern Governors Association and the
Midwestern Legislative Conference (MLC), an association of all legislators in
the region's 11 states. The Canadian provinces of Manitoba, Ontario and

Entrepreneurship Week Proclamation proclaiming
February 20-27, 2010, as North
Dakota Entrepreneurship Week!
